เหล้าบ๊วยชนิดนี้ทำมาจากบ๊วยนันโกะที่สุกเต็มที่จากคิชูเท่านั้น ผสมกับสาเกในปริมาณปานกลาง มีกลิ่นหอมเหมือนพีชอ่อนๆ และรสผลไม้อ่อนๆ

This umeshu is made using only fully ripe Nankobai from Kishu, and is blended with a moderate amount of sake. It has a mellow peach-like aroma and a gentle fruity flavor.
