Peaches are a fruit that easily oxidizes and is difficult to process. However, by peeling the skin and using it as a puree, I was able to achieve richness and freshness. We use so many peaches that the pulp sinks to the bottom. We reduced the amount of sugar to bring out the natural sweetness of the peach. All raw materials are domestically produced, with health, safety and security in mind. We use a generous 40% fruit juice.

桃は酸化しやすく加工が難しい果物です。しかし皮をむいてそのままピューレにしたものを使用することで、濃さとフレッシュさを出すことができました。果肉が底に沈むほど桃をふんだんに使用しています。糖を控えめにして自然な桃の甘味を引き出しました。原材料は全て国産を使用し、「健康」「安心・安全」を意識しました。果汁は贅沢に40%使用しています。
